• Kandathu mathram. Report only what you saw yourself. No rumours, no "kettathu".
• Bus-ine report cheyyu, aale alla. Report the bus, not people. Do not name or describe drivers, conductors, owners or passengers.
• No faces, no personal details. Photos must show the bus. Do not upload faces, phone numbers, addresses or anything that identifies a person.
• No abuse. No slurs, threats, caste, religion or political attacks, and nothing sexual or violent.
• No fake reports. Reporting a bus you did not see, or reporting a rival bus on purpose, is not allowed.
• Safety first. Never report while driving or riding. Report after you reach safely. For an accident or emergency, call 112 first.

Reports that break these rules are removed, and repeat offenders lose access.

If a report about you or your bus is false, shows your face or personal details, or breaks these rules, contact our grievance officer or use the form below. We acknowledge every complaint and resolve it within 15 days. We act on court or government orders within 36 hours.

Your details when you report: we ask for your name and phone (email optional) to stop fake reports. They are never shown on the site. Only the site owner can see them, and uses them only to contact you about your report. To have your details deleted, use the removal form below.
